No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any bookings made through our website, by phone, or in person.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cancellations made by the customer for any reason
- No-shows or late arrivals
- Changes in travel plans
- Unfavorable weather or sea conditions that are beyond our control
- Seasickness or discomfort during the trip
We operate in a remote and logistically intensive environment, and our preparation begins well in advance of your trip. Your booking confirms our commitment to reserve boats, crew, fuel, permits, and equipment exclusively for you.
Weather & Safety
The safety of our guests and crew is our highest priority. In rare cases where weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we may reschedule your trip based on availability. However, this is not guaranteed and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
