1. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject bookings at our discretion.
2. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Cancellations, no-shows, changes in travel plans, or dissatisfaction with sea/weather conditions do not qualify for a refund.

3. Trip Rescheduling
- Trips may be rescheduled due to bad weather or safety concerns at the sole discretion of our captain or management.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must arrive at the designated location at least 30 minutes before departure time.
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the trip is strictly prohibited.
- All guests must follow the safety instructions of the crew at all times.
5. Safety and Liability
- Fishing and boating involve inherent risks. While we prioritize safety, guests participate at their own risk.
- Andaman Sportfishing and its staff are not liable for injuries, loss of personal items, or accidents occurring during the trip.
6. Weather and Sea Conditions
- The Andaman Sea is subject to sudden changes. Our trips depend on prevailing conditions, and we may alter or shorten the trip for safety reasons.
- No refunds or discounts will be issued for shortened or modified trips.
7. Equipment and Catch
- All fishing gear provided must be returned in good condition.
- The catch is subject to local fishing laws. Not all fish caught can be retained.
- Andaman Sportfishing reserves the right to make final decisions on catch handling.

- All content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information at all times.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Port Blair.
